Previously  home to the original iconic Higgins Beach store, Baer's Place offers the convenience of the beach just a short distance away with single level living! A spacious open concept area provides room for gathering to enjoy a movie or make a puzzle after a day in the sun, or escape to one of three bedrooms with a good book from the extensive collection. Relax and dine al fresco on the adjacent lawn. Dogs considered; ask us about bringing your furry friends on vacation with you!

  Cooking basics (pots, pans, utensils, cups, plates, bowls, misc. cookware)
  Bed coverings/Blankets, pillows, and mattress pads will be provided.
  **Please note- Sheets and towels are not provided. Guests are responsible for bringing or renting sheets & towels. Bed sizes are listed on the property web page.
   

The following is required for all stays: 9% Maine Lodging Tax, 6% Service Fee (includes Damage Protection of up to $1000 of reported accidental damage), and a Cleaning Fee. Leases (not vacation rentals) may qualify for tax & service fee exemption.
